Manufacturing Facility

Our parent company “M/s Power Mech Projects Ltd.” has established a huge Workshop facility under its another subsidiary namely ‘M/s Power Mech Industri Pvt. Ltd.’ located in Sector-80, Noida dedicated to all our group companies. This workshop has the facility for providing all wings of service to power plants from Fabrication, Manufacture & Rebuilding of spares, major repairs to steam turbines, hydro turbines, Rotating parts, Valves and supply of spares etc. under one roof. The state-of-the-art facilities are designed to cater to the needs of wider spectrum of industries from engineering, power, defence etc. Our thrust is on reducing the ‘down-time’ of equipments of thermal and hydro power plants through products and services comprehensively and coherently.

The workshop has a sprawling space ideal for heavy fabrication works including Pre- fabrication, heavy plate bending, high pressure welding, heavy Mass handling, stacking, loading & unloading, sand/grit blasting, surface finishing, painting and pressure testing. We have installed modern CNC cutting machines, heavy duty bending machines etc. for supporting the fabrication works.

The workshop has the facility to fabricate heavy structures, large & high pressure tanks, heavy trusses, Ducts, Pipes etc. with a handling capacity of over 200MT at any given point of time.

The workshop is designed for repairing and reconstruction of hydro turbines up to 250MW capacity. There is facility for repairing the hydro turbines including replacing spares through reverse engineering. We have the advantage of receiving guidance & technical advice from experts in Hydro Projects, to provide comprehensive EPC service.

Spares for generating equipment are being manufactured suiting customer’s needs & parameters through reverse engineering supported by highly sophisticated & modern machines including CMM scanner. Inputs are being directly drawn from in situ measurements and directly fed to CNC machines for assured accuracy, profiling and cent percent interchangeability.

The workshop has facilities for mass production of engineering components covering Automobile, Defence, Power, Agro industry, Refineries, Construction Industriesetc. The Workshop can accommodate special machines, tools and facilities continuous production. It will serve as an auxiliary unit for mass production of engineering components for reputed companies.
